At Bells of Steel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gainz-making gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all our strength equipment. If your new equipment doesn't fit your home gym vision, we are here to help with a straightforward exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Equipment

  Disassemble the gear and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit and qualifies for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for any damage or wear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
